Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Stanford University - SU 3.2 As someone who went thru rush and didn’t end up pledging I can say with certainty these are nice, cute (mostly) girls and many seem to be social. The only difference vs “top” tier is that the girls aren’t well known before rush.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Stanford University - SU 3.4 They are still in trying to grow mode - been around maybe 5 or so years ? So not as hard to get into. They will welcome pretty much any girls who are attractive nice and fun. So mainly full of women who didn’t make top tier but aren’t that different- Eg in friend groups with top srats. Maybe didn’t have connections or aren’t as hot.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Stanford University - SU 1.0 As a previous member, I can confirm that they recruit based solely on looks. Ranking on a scale of 1-10 during recruitment. Stalking girls Facebook and rating them as acceptable or not and then rating them again on beauty standards when they see you in person. This organization should be ashamed! They definitely recruit girls on their "external beauty" which is the top recruitment criteria.
