The good news - these are really big personality girls who party a ton and seem to have fun The bad news- if you don’t already know you’re getting a bid… you ain’t getting a bid Like ya there’s that one random non-athlete white girl who doesn’t know anyone and slips through Bc the President fell in love with her - but that is really really really rare …and prob not you.

The last few pledge classes have made large strides in diversity, and the pledge classes are well balanced between athletes and various clubs and activities on campus. All the girls are so friendly and actively make efforts outside of their sorority. Since they are newly housed, they aren’t as cliquey as the other sororities (as many live out of the house). Definitely on an upward trend.

After fall rush I’d say this is def an amazing group for wealthy international girls. They seem to really target them. The other half was a mixed bag because they had to scramble on bid day to fill up by giving out “snap” bids to girls they had previously dropped in rounds 1 and 2 (and did not end up getting a bid elsewhere). So not sure how well they all gel

This years class was well balanced like yes 1/3 athletes but spread across many teams- soccer, tennis, vb, track, crew, etc. And a full 1/3 are woc. I think with tri delt not doing formal rush -and pi phi cutting everyone who isn’t high profile - a phi was able to do especially well. Let’s see if they can build on it.

They are nice and involved but a lot are just kind of awkward / weird. and bc they try to be the “non-sorority” srat they end up with a lot of girls who aren’t that into GL and drop out. Skipping formal rush this year will ensure they end up with girls that either got dropped by the other srats or aren’t that interested in being in a sorority Bc they didn’t even rush.
