They are all so different. They say they all get along but from my experience it's different. The house is awful on the inside and do not understand people who love this house. They have a few great guys but overall they struggle

The last two PCs really show that this house is on the rise (not that they were bad at all before). Lots of athletes and genuine, laid back guys who love to throw a great Monday night party. Favorite place to go to actually hang out and chill with new people, instead of getting groped at another frats basement party. Hot new pledge class.

Great PC '13 and '14. Pretty genuine group of guys. Always feel welcome. Always a great time. Parties feel strange bc they are mostly in the rooms/hallways. But still fun.

This house is very underrated, as stated before. The guys range from athletes to a few slack offs (but what house doesn't have their those). Very welcoming and easy to hang out with. Always up for a good time and has always been my favorite house. As a girl, I don't feel judged or self-conscious walking in the door like I do at other houses. The guys seem to want to get to know me on a more personal level rather than what clothes I wear, if my makeup is perfect, or if I'm hot enou

it's phi delt. 2 of everything. It's a zoo. No one is alike, which is cool, I guess. Has traditionally been a lot of guys that didn't get in to other houses.

This year phi delt was a popular house to rush among freshman, Its a good place to chill at, and has a lot of nice guys, some of my good friends rushed their this year, but the parties are pretty sub par. They don't have a central dance floor, so the chilling/dancing is broken up into 3 or 4 different rooms at least. Its pretty hard to pull if you're a guy because A: the dance situation, and B. because of the setup, there always seems to be more guys than girls. A lot of party potential

They guys in the house are so hot, especially the new pledge class. They throw some really good lowkey parties and they are very welcoming. And most of the house is baseball players, so they have great butts.
