The Phi Delts are great guys who are well-rounded, smart, but still fun! Their 2018 PC is top notch as well, everyone is really cool except for one guy whose name started with a N, I forget his name but whatever. Overall, best all around house on campus.

Confused by all the "individuals not welcome" comments because phi is cliquey, but I would say this is one of the most diverse houses on campus personality wise. I know some phis who are total mom-ish book worms to girls who are incredibly extroverted and free-spirited. It's an interesting mix and I feel like phis old stereotype of being kinda quiet/ preppy/ conforming has changed a lot.

Their party stereotype is true. But when you get down to it, they are some of the most confident and outgoing ladies. Friendly tooo , always helping others at parties & not afraid to hang out with people who are not in their house
