Extremely underrated house. I'm glad they got more of a partier class this year because I really like going to the house. Guys are nice, genuine, and fun to hang with.

Um.. their house is really pretty? Wouldn't step inside again, though. If u don't dress preppy, ur not given very good looks. Smart girls, all love each other, but they don't really talk to other people.... I'd rather be a Theta.

Thetas are hands down the most stuck up girls I've ever met. Yea, there's some that are really sweet, but it's sad that people question those girls why they r even in the house. Reality check: dad's money and ur pretty face don't get people to like u. It's about how u treat others.

I've never had a bad experience with a Kappa. They're chill, genuine, and ..well.. kind of a bro. Sometimes I even forget they're a sorority because of how open they are to other people. I also admire how involved they are on campus. You can probably go to any campus event and find at least one kappa cheering on her sister. Great girls.

These guys exemplify the meaning of fraternity. Would do anything for one another and care about their guests. Great brotherhood! Great leadership! Very involved in philanthropy both on campus and in the community! Other fraternities should take note of how these guys conduct themselves...

Despite this years pledge class, (whom are still good guys) This house gets judged based on stereotypes too much and is still a top house with the guys they have. If you got to know some of the guys you would learn not to believe everything you hear.
