Tbh they're the rejects and the only girls who stay in their recruitment rounds are BY CHOICE are girls who feel like they owe the OL's something cuz they were their students or whatever. Everyone else is there because they have no where else to go. Also their room smelled like BO during recruitment. At least their snacks were good. If you want to join a real org go Theta or something

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at St. Johns University - SJU 4.4 I've been watching DPHIE for a while and you can tell they have a very good sisterhood. They stick together and don't become clicks. Very down to earth unlike gphi or lambda. And you can definitely tell they're trying to become better with their newest pledge classes. They're also become more involved on campus and heard from other fraternities that they've had successful mixers with them. Keep it up ladies!

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at St. Johns University - SJU 4.0 I'm looking to go through recruitment in the spring, and this group is one of my top choices. They are clearly close, where you see one, usually another is not far behind. I love that they don't only keep to the sorority and many I have seen are involved in other things on campus. I haven't seen a lot of campus involvement from them and I wish they had more events that I could attend, the dye a deepher event they held was a lot of fun. It would be nice to see a stronger social media presence.
