why do frat parties suck so bad here?

Not hating just wondering.. Like at other places they are so lit. But here they are so boring and all the same. Like stop wasting money on some cover band/ "dj" and fix up you house and use it to buy alcohol/speakers/ etc. It could easily be so much better.

Because administration at USM is killing Greek Life. They're cracking down hard at frat parties, especially concerning alcohol
