Big difference here over the past few years. Used to have a lot of great guys, now only a few I want to hang out with. Parties are ok if you don't mind getting thrown up on. They need to go back in time a couple of years and get some class.

Guys that you want to hang out with. Not the best house, but it's not the current member's fault and not something they can do anything about. In my opinion they make up for it by being fun and truly nice guys. I always feel respected when hanging out with them. Small group but quality instead of quantity.

I hung out with them and they’re very thirsty for pnms and cringey . Didn’t have any structured rush talk with the members. Also a little weird... they don’t have any furniture and I think that’s a little important. Most of the people that hang there are randos and idk who the actual members are.
