Seem a little insulated. Nice house but that’s not all that important. Gotta look below the surface. Nice enough but just not all that special, although they seem to think they are.

Nothing exceptional. Nothing really bad, either. A couple of nice guys but there seems to be sn emphasis on parties. Not particularly involved on campus. Kinda just there.

Quite a surprise to find how much these guys have to offer. One of the smaller fraternities (? Maybe the smallest?) and stuck in a tiny house, but very friendly, seem to have great brotherhood, smart guys who like to have fun. Definitely worth considering.

Seem to be reasonably decent guys for the most part but a little too stuck on themselves. Get a weird vibe from some of them, too. Seem a little scattered - no real unity.

Wanted to like them but hearing about problems from way too many girls who say they have to watch out for each other when they are at parties with these boys, etc. I like a couple of the guys, but there seems to be little brotherhood - some infighting that is apparent. They are definitely on the downward trend despite having s few good guys.

Not all that impressed. Seem to be putting on an act and are actually kinda rude. They think very highly of themselves. Too many local guys to have any real diversity socially.

They are the sweetest fraternity on campus. They are known for how well they treat their pledges and girls. They are a good combination of nice guys that like to have fun

They have got to make some changes. Leasrship desperately needed. Nice friendly guys but academics are a disaster. Parties pretty chill. Not really involved on campus much it seems. Hope the can get the turn around going.
