why isn't zta taking pledges in the fall like all the other sororities

It's all about setting the total for each org. Every semester, the total is reset based on the org with the most members. This semester, it just so happened to be zta, so the other orgs had to get new members to meet that number. Definitely sign up for formal recruitment though so you can talk to all the orgs and see what everyone has to offer!
