The past 2 years Phi Delt has really made themselves known on campus. The parties are always fun. The only down side is that they need a bigger basement as their parties fill up quickly. Also they are really involved on campus and sororities love doing philanthropy with them.

They really are a true brotherhood, however, you have to be careful because it's either a hit or a miss when you go to their parties. Some guys are completely fine, and some are just straight up creepy. I'll give it to them they have built a name for themselves and are one of the most if not involved fraternities on campus but at the same time they think their the most elite and that isn't the case lmao.

Solid group of guys. Few strange guys here and there but after some time they were clearly good guys with good intentions. Most importantly I always feel safe at their which is not true at some other fraternities
