Current Rankings of Fraternities

1. Pi Kappa Alpha-Currently one of the larger fraternities. Very athletic chapter with a lot of athletic members. Great social life and very solid grades. Not very involved on campus. Seem to be near the top in every aspect of Greek Life.
2. Sigma chi-Large chapter with a great social life. A lot of their guys would be considered more preppy type of fraternity guys. Very solid in other areas such as athletics, grades and involvement.
3. Sig Phi Epsilon -Largest chapter at semo. Very competitive in every area including social life and athletics. But their brotherhood is really bad, they give bids out to almost anyone.
4. Sigma Nu-Solid in all areas, but do not dominate any one single thing. Not a really social chapter, and can come of as weird to some people.
5. Sig Tau Gamma -Pretty good social standing at semo, but that's about it. Not very good in athletics, grades or involvement. Don't really see these guys anywhere around campus, only at parties or the bar.
6. Lambda Chi Alpha-A very smart and involved chapter. Very small and has a lot of hipster type of members. Not a great athletic chapter or social chapter.
7. Phi Delta Theta -A newer chapter to semo, they are still very small. Members are highly involved and smart.
8. Theta Xi- all these guys do is party, nothing else really.
9. Tau Kappa Epsilon- Newest chapter to semo, very weird guys. No social life to speak of.
10. Delta Chi- about to get kicked off campus. Don't rush.

SigEp made history today. Resolution 2, which calls for substance-free chapter facilities, has been passed by the undergraduate body and will be incorporated into our bylaws.
In short, by 2018 all common-areas of facilities must be substance free, and by 2020 all areas of chapter facilities must be as well.

pike gave out 50 bids last year and a wholelot of them turned out to be creepy, so i think the title of "gives bids to everybody" should be switched js

also some tkes are good guys , it is like finding a diamond in the rough

Sig Ep's in trouble for hazing. I guess their so-called balance man program doesn't work. RIP Sig Ep.

TKE had a decent rush this fall. Some are a bit weird, but overall are a nice group of guys. They're definitely on the rise.

With SigEp's recent news, battle for the top fraternity spot is now between Pike and Sig Chi. However, a couple of other fraternities have been steadily getting better the past few rushes. Wouldn't be surprised to see Sig Nu or a possible dark horse (Phi Delt, maybe Teke) make it a 3-way battle for top spot again.

This is a frat on the fast decline. I've only been SEMO for three years and I've seen them go from the best parties, best house, most respectful and most involved to what they are now.. including the suspension. Now other frats have caught up to them party wise. This was the last year for SigEp being on top unless they fix some of the serious problems.
