Panhellenic sets rules for sororities during recruitment. Houses that break those rules to gain an unfair advantage are considered to be "dirty rushing". It usually involves spending time with girls outside of recruitment events to get them to join or saying things to them during recruitment that are deemed inappropriate by Panhellenic
