opinions on houses

I couldn't rush this Spring due to my work schedule. What is everyone opinions (positives and negatives of each) on these three fraternities:

Pi Kappa Alpha

Delta Upsilon

Sigma Chi

Instead of gathering others' opinions on fraternities, form your own opinions. What's posted on this site is usually ignorant BS anyways.

Pike is more like the bigger athletic guys, some are good looking some are not.

DUs are normally good looking and party hard. Typical frat boys

Sigma chi has some weird older guys and don't take as big of pledge classes but they are definitely the most gentlemanly fraternity and they had an extremely hot fall '13 pledge class
