Solidly middle. This house has like 100 bros and probably about a quarter of those guys are actually actively involved. Very poor and fake brotherhood. They will give ANYONE a bid so they have a lot of weird dudes. Also, their parties are the most bland “just ok” parties you can get.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 4.9 These boys are super sweet and respectful and have a great brotherhood when you get to know them. They’re diverse and involved and care a lot about their philanthropies and just generally being good guys. Definitely not the stereotypical white frat house, but they also still know how to party and have fun.
