Yes these dudes are considered “top house” but their brothers have a very bad reputation around campus. A lot of them are egotistical little boys that are insecure asf. There are some genuine and nice guys in this frat but many that I have met have been very rude and not classy. Their parties go crazy though but still doesn’t make up for their lack of classiness.

DSP just does its own thing. Throw great parties, raise tens of thousands of dollars for philos, and focus on their brotherhood rather than hating on others. Meet some of the bros before making assumptions. Top House? No. That doesn't exist at a school with such a weak greek life. But, still a great group of guys and with a good head on their shoulders.

So many people here hating on this fraternity. Clearly the haters are the rejects not invited to their parties. If you get to know them you’ll see they’re pretty chill and fun people.

People don't really give them the credit. Every year these guys run charity events to help better other people's lives. They throw fun parties, even though many don't get in because they're not Greek. There's a reason why they pay so much each semester.

Nobody in this houses tries to act like a frat dude. Lots of houses try too hard to be a frat dude when they go to SJSU lol. DSP has genuine bros who take care of dudes and girls at parties. People rush here for a reason and its because of the quality of bros.

Reading the reviews it's clearly the same people/GED who don't get into parties hating. DSP is my closest fraternity besides my own. Genuine dudes who are driven and easy to talk to. Highest GPA on greek row and involved. A few bad apples but a lot fewer than other frats. Don't listen to haters and form your own opinion on DSP.
