I was reading half the comments on this and like lwk y’all just sound mad or salty. One half of people commenting are mad that they got rejected by someone and the other half is dudes in other houses tryna bring down there rank, but last time i checked this past year they threw damn near every weekend and all yall were waiting in line to get in. A lot of the people in this house are super chill and a good time. This is probably the biggest house on campus rn they are doing soild. I say rush if you want a house that is super active

Howdy Partner! Its no longer a good time to be a sailor. Turn around. If you want something more than just a loose bundle of 60+ dudes with loose morals and real character its not a good time to rush this house check back once their president is out of office. All these reviews are missing one thing!! One great thing about dSP. If you like parting theres no doubt DSP will be a good place for you please rush.

This chapter is so ick. I know that on the West Coast they are considered a "top" DSP fraternity, but wow the bar must be low. I even heard other DSP chapters "look-up" to this chapter at SJSU, lmao huh? They must not be reading these reviews, and they are quite accurate for the most part. Their president has an ego through the roof. Girls only come to this house because they provide alc, that's crazy...knowing their history and drinking their alc, yikes. They aren't liked by the other IFCs at all. People trash the place from a party, and rarely does it get "clean". I wonder what this house looked like when KD had it way back in like 2016. People don't read Greek Rank, but wake up, truth be spittin.

My girls use them for their wine wednesdays. Other than alc, we all hate them. Especially their president rn absolute ew

Their president kinda awful. Made horrible decisions. Mr potato with a broccoli haircut. They really could have done better.

Times have changed for this frat. Used to go over there feeling safe but it seems like every week there is a new "case" popping up. Some of their old heads were chill but the newer guys are creepy. The parties are cool and they are grinding philos fs but even then it seems downhill from here.
