5/10s with the attitude of 10/10s. Lot of girls who are just straight up very rude and immature. Fun at parties and some sisters are very sweet but there’s quite a significant potion that are genuinely awful human beings.

top house going into fall 2020. used to be small and boring but now have a decent number of members that are all friendly and nice
