Underrated fraternity. Some weird-looking bros and dingy house but throws parties and has friendly sweet guys. Not as bad as people say.

House is located far from campus. Some weird dudes. Some are involved on campus. Have seen sorority PCs bigger than their brotherhood. Don't even know if they throw parties since their house is so far.

Most guys didn't get bids from other houses and landed at SAE. Nationally strong but weak chapter. The Guys are really friendly but weird. Has parties often.

One of the bottom tier houses. Has no parties and very few cool guys. More ghetto than ATO. Many people in greek life don't know any K-sigs. Working on getting better.

Known for being weird with girls in the past. Reputation has been improving. Has parties often. Considered a "top house" along with DSP and ATO. Super nice house.

One of the top houses so some of the members are full of themselves. Parties are frequent and fun. Make up most of the RAs in some dorms. Known to be gentleman. Weak Spring 22 PC.

Parties are decent but musty and hot. Guaranteed bid. Some cool guys but most are goobers. Most of these are self-ranks but overall decent reputation on campus.

Doesn't throw parties and weird guys. Nice house but rents to randoms cuz they don't have enough bros to fill in. Seen at every other frat's party. Might be decent in a few years.
