Fresh meat. Guys already getting strong with the connections and sororities around. Seem like in a couple years maybe they can bounce back.?

Guys here always keeping tabs on the ratings. Taking down anything that sounds negative. Can’t take the reality that they haven’t improved.

Heard a LOT about this chapter. More than anyone else. Turned out to be a fairly standard fraternity. They seem aight. Pretty close relations with a smaller house but they throw sweaty parties. No courtyard. The bartender with glasses is really cute.

Huge house , Excited to see events from them next semester once they’re settled in . Seems like they already have gotten connections with other sororities and are definitely on the rise

These guys are your friendly nice guy geeds. Easiest to get into Greek besides ASIG or Theta. Super involved and good people, but their house is so small.

sigma chi climbing back slowly. The brotherhood is becoming more better than what their past had to offer. I hope they can make a change here.

Needs a frat mansion not a fraternity house. Designed for living in not for partying. The bros here need to entertain us more, they're all too comfortable. Walked in to 6 bros upstairs having beers and watching football when the house was full of women downstairs. Too many of these guys are in a relationship, yea they friendly but thats not why we show up.

Sweaty dudes! Guys who think they’re the hot shot! Pretty mediocre at everything. Overall mid. No future for this fraternity.

Average fraternity, small chapter here. Guys are boring and are the leftovers of the bids. Guys who don't get accepted from better fraternities come here. Geeds
