Everyone in this house is so nice, I don't think that I have ever met a mean DZ! They seem to be on the rise and have been doing really well in philanthropy events and recruitment.

Honest ranking, The guys are chill, really gentleman like, but in order for them to be a top house they need to branch out and become more of a presence in the greek community. They have great parties but they don't have them enough. They are on the upswing and they are going to be a top house but right now they just don't get out enough.

You can debate who is top house. But whenever I have been there it was fun. There is always many greeks from other houses there. I have been to other houses and they aren't as diverse. If the aren't top tier then there must be some other reason for everyone else going over there.

Barely throw any parties and if they do, its a bunch of GDI's and dudes, not very fun. I've seen their own "brothers" walk right past one another and not even acknowledge them, they probably didn't even know he was a brother! Their own members don't get into their own parties because the guy at the door doesn't know him, so much for brotherhood and real fraternity values, more like a social club of douches. Also, they're about to get in trouble with student conduct so they won't be doing much

Coming from a guys perspective these girls are boring and not even close to attractive... They are known to take the leftover girls that no one else wants.
