Only ones been throwing any kind of reasonably good party the last semesters, seem like try hards a little but at least they're doing something about the party scene on campus. Their parties haven't been crazy but they have been consistently a good time, with plenty of people on the dance floors, we'll see how they compare to the fraternities getting new houses when they start throwing parties, but for the time being, good job guys

Chill house, good brotherhood from what I can see. Getting a new house so hopefully they start throwing some parties here and there cause most of the dudes seem pretty nice, would have so much more potential to be a huge influence and bigger partiers if they had a bigger house like Sigma Nu Kappa Sig or DU

Not a top house not even close, if anything middle or bottom middle tier. Parties are not good and try to hard when they have them, the neighboring houses like Sigma Nu or Kappa Sig will throw better parties, although its hard to say as Kappa Sigma hasn't done any IFC parties since they got their house back. Even at that, Theta Chis are a rarity on campus and even DU throws a better party which is just sad lol

We had a social with them this past weekend, it was super fun and they all seemed like great guys, they had some cuties and didn't have any creepers, and they seemed like they have a lot of class but knew how to have a good time. The only negative is that their house was really small so hopefully they can move into a bigger house soon so they can have bigger parties. Def like to hang with them again.
