Fersure went down from #1 when they were on probation for so long and lost a lot of brothers, which is why they took 40 pledges this semester to fill the house. However, they'll always stay relevant and have the nicest house on campus because of their alumnus Barry Swenson, a real estate mogul for San Jose. Lots of dope guys who can party and still hold a conversation. I know they'll always pull. Full disclosure, I have a couple friends in this house, and I'm in a frat at another school.

Great fraternity, all the bros are really great and respectful. They throw some of the best events and are really accepting to both Greek and non Greek life. Would definitely recommend for someone to rush for them though I am not in the fraternity myself. If your looking for a strong brotherhood connection, I would tell you to check them out.

Great guys, really fun to hang around, and have had more of a presence on campus recently. They've come a long way from when they were down to like 10 dudes. They're throwing more parties, doing well in philanthropies, and just getting more quality guys. Keep up the good work fellas.
