Honestly a great group of guys! A lot of them are the nicest guys on campus, not to mention pretty cute. Throws really fun parties and pretty involved on campus. Great group of frat guys to hang around!!

Fersure went down from #1 when they were on probation for so long and lost a lot of brothers, which is why they took 40 pledges this semester to fill the house. However, they'll always stay relevant and have the nicest house on campus because of their alumnus Barry Swenson, a real estate mogul for San Jose. Lots of dope guys who can party and still hold a conversation. I know they'll always pull. Full disclosure, I have a couple friends in this house, and I'm in a frat at another school.
