I don't know why so many people hate theta chi. The brothers there might seem awkward at first but they are actually pretty nice and chill

I never feel welcome whenever I go to their house. Def not a top house!!!

Love love love them. all the guys are very sweet. They're new to campus but they are still pretty involved nonetheless. The guys in pi kapp are so down to earth. They did their best with their first philanthropy last semester and they did a pretty good job. Great bros in the house, you can tell they all really love eachother. I hope to see their house grow on campus because they really deserve it.

The only reason people think DZ is above KD is because they have a house. Their sisterhood is decent but they have a lot of drama inside from what I’ve heard. Their house is very small and most of the girls are not that cute. Their effort for philanthropies is so weak, you can tell the girls don’t even really support eachother.

Honestly, KD has a great sisterhood!! During recruitment I always found it very welcoming and the girls seemed so down to earth. After recruitment I really saw them go all out this semester with the philanthropies they competed in. They won a good amount of philanthropies this semester and whenever they mob out to a philanthropy or social gathering you can tell their sisterhood is really strong!! They all support each other. During recruitment they might get hate because of the fact that they do not have a house but that should not be why you do/do not join a sorority! If you are joining because of the sisterhood then Kappa Delta is the way to go. Kappa Delta is underrated and shouldn’t be overlooked because of the little things.

these girls are hands down the most welcoming and polite girls on campus. As many of the other comments say, they are super down to earth. You can see this when you go through recruitment. Their presence is unlike any other house, which is peculiar considering they don’t have an actual house. Yes, some of the girls really aren’t the prettiest but unlike other sororities (not saying names but I don’t really have to) these girls never have drama with each other and they genuinely love each other and value their strong sisterhood. They’re 100% the most underrated house on campus who definitely does not deserve to be labaled as bottom house.

These girls are the type that will stand up for you no matter what. They define what a sister really should be. When I'm out with Aphi's they're always watching out for each other and making sure everyone is safe. This is a sisterhood you want to be apart of and I know my friendships with them will last a lifetime.

Most people hate on this sorority because they want to be in it. I have a lot of friends in this house and they truly have a great sisterhood. Obviously, a house full of girls aren't going to get along in every situation but they have each other's back and always have a good time together. If I were to join a sorority, this is the one I would want to be in.
