If anything, DG, Pi Phi, and Tri Delt are even. DZ is below pi phi, and alpha phi is above DZ.

this is the worst ranking I have ever seen. it was either written by a ignorant geed that has no clue about anything or an annoying adpi/dz. based on these rankings I'm gonna go with dz or adpi
