wondering

by: hey

I'm an incoming freshman definitely interested in rushing. I have legacy, was very involved in high school, and came from a very rigorous high school. My only issue is that I have a 2.9 GPA.. knowing that the requirement is a 3.0 for sororities...Will I be fine if they like everything else about me? I also have a pretty high ACT score.

I had a 2.9 while rushing and I was still able to rush and joined a sorority!

Listen. I had a 2.5 GPA in high school. Horrible, I know. I ended up in one of the best sororities on campus. You'll be fine. Be yourself and let your personality shine through! Your heaviest cuts will be after open house but keep your head up and remember that everything during rush truly happens for a reason. You'll be great! Get excited!
