rushing sophomore year

If I dropped a sorority this year before initiation, what odds do I have of getting in a decent one next year if I have should have at least a 3.8 by the end of this year and I know a good amount of people?

You'll be fine. I know a girl who was in KD, dropped before initiation then went Tri Delt the following year.
