How selective are the fraternities at UK?

If you haven't heard from the fraternities yet, you definitely won't get into one this fall. Consider yourself exempt if you're not from kentucky.

I was just kidding. If you want to get a bid, just be a cool ass kid and don't make an ass of yourself. People think of UK greek life being super competitive like some of the other big SEC schools- Bama, Georgia, Ole Miss- but it's really not. Honestly we are not extremely selective but we know good potential when we see it.

Would you say UK Fraternity's are super "fratty" or not because it isn't the deep-South?

Kentucky isn't that southern of a state, geographically, just a southern heritage. We are fratty, but it's like we're the little brother of the other SEC schools. If you're a decently preppy kid, you'll do just fine man.
