sae and farmhouse

So FarmHouses new castle was finished a little while ago and there's been some debate about how big it is. Apparently in SAE's bylaws it states that they are required to have the largest house on campus. Is FarmHouse's house actually bigger than SAE's?

I'm pretty sure that one specific group can't "have it in their bylaws" that they have the biggest house on campus. That, I think, is the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

With the recent discussion of the "greek village" concept, I don't buy your "Willie T's wife says so" reason. ALL the houses need to be bigger if chapter membership for sororities continues to grow. Where, exactly, was Chi-O looking to expand to? UP? They don't have anywhere to go...

When FarmHouse proposed their idea to the University they said they wanted it to be one foot bigger than SAE's, and the University denied it. So No SAE still has the biggest house.
