top tier vs bottom tier

by: Curious

So there's a lot of hype about being a good sorority or being "top tier", but what does it really amount to? What's the difference between being in a top tier sorority and one that isn't ranked so well?

if you're top tier fraternities will want to invite you to their parties, or do date parties with you etc. They have a good reputation rather than a lower.
