sigma kappa and zta?

I heard Sigma Kappa is coming back and Zeta Tau Alpha might be getting a charter? What does anyone know about this?

Just out of curiosity, can you charter one of these chapters if you've already initiated another chapter? I know you can't initiate and then join another chapter in campus, but is it different if they're being chartered?

No you can't. If you already initiated into a sorority, you cannot join another one charter or not. Especially if it's on the same campus..
