Probably the worse rating I seen on this whole site...
1. SAE is rated to high. What do they do besides having a big house?
2. Delta Sig should be above beta
3. FIJI and Theta Chi should be higher than farmhouse and KA and maybe PIKE.

SAE is way too high. They MIGHT be top 10. But barely. Definitely not top 5 or even close
