3 tiers - stop with all the little tiers and ADPI is 1st but DG and Alpha Pi are not that high- based on grades, involvement, retention and recruitment.

We are new to UK - I know these rankings are always somewhat subjective but when it comes to the bottom tier are there 1-2 chapters that are really, really struggling? Some schools have the ones that don't cut and still don't make quota - maybe on the verge of shutting down. Do any of these houses fall into that category?

There aren't any chapters on the verge of shutting down, but in terms of the chapters that are the least sought after I think AGD DZ and G Phi are at the bottom. G Phi is only a couple years old so they don't have a super solid reputation yet, and AGD and DZ are pretty much known for taking girls that that cut from everywhere else.

Phi Mu is middle tier. They have great retention. DG is bottom tier because their poor retention says something's "not right." KDs are also middle.
Bottom is AGD, DZ, APhi, Kappa. Gamma Phi is moving up. They are top of bottom tier or bottom of middle tier. Sisterhood and good impressions on campus are in Gamma Phi's credit.
