by: koppppAre any parties held in the frats off campus? If so, are they considered "Top Tier". And the parties that arent held in frat houses, are they still fun even though its like having a house party?

I'm guessing you've never been to a frat party before lol nothing wrong with that though. They're all held off of campus, they're not allowed to party in their houses (which are all mainly on campus). They usually use one or a few of their brothers' houses to party at and yes it's more fun than a house party in my opinion. So much more people and the hooch for the most part is good (if you're a girl and choose not to bring your own drinks).
