Looking at these reviews and I'm seeing people putting them as lower mid tier? What? This frat is on the same level as phi tau and phi delt, not phi sig and farmhouse. Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.8 They're new and seem to not have established who they are quite yet. Most of the dudes are decent and they seem to avoid blanket bidding which is a good move. Got a house recently so time will tell. For now, I'd group them mid/lower with kappa Sig and farmhouse.

Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.0 I get they are new but they are very inconsistent with their guys. Some of the guys are cool and attractive and some of the guys are just weird. they will get better within time but for now they are stuck at lower middle tier.
