Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.0 Probably the best out of all the new ones, and maybe the irrelevant older ones but thats where it stops. Heard someone calling them upper middle tier, could definitely use a reality check.

Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.0 These guys are really pretty great for being just a couple years old. The fact that they got such a nice house in two years is pretty impressive. Love my boys!

Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.8 They're new and seem to not have established who they are quite yet. Most of the dudes are decent and they seem to avoid blanket bidding which is a good move. Got a house recently so time will tell. For now, I'd group them mid/lower with kappa Sig and farmhouse.

Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.0 I get they are new but they are very inconsistent with their guys. Some of the guys are cool and attractive and some of the guys are just weird. they will get better within time but for now they are stuck at lower middle tier.
