Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Salisbury University - SU 1.0 Let's put this in perspective, there are only 4 things that really matter when it comes to a fraternity. 1. How good are their parties2. How much of a presence do they have on campus. 3. What kind of people do they recruit and 4. Who really cares about them. 1. The parties are well...not really parties. Sure i have been to a few good ones, but a handful of good parties over a three year span is not a good chill to pull ratio. 2. They have NO PRESENCE AT ALL.3.they recruit garbage.4.NO ONE.

You all have great individual reputations yet your chapter is relatively unknown. Put some more effort into your chapter, you have a shot at being top-tier next year.

Pi Lambda Phi - ΠΛΦ Fraternity at Salisbury University - SU 4.2 Can honestly say though they may not be the hottest guys you have ever seen, they are some of the sweetest and are most are complete gentlemen. As a girl I have never felt more comfortable talking to most of these guys, they're all pretty friendly and funny. So what if they have a quirky rep? They are so much fun and not to be looked over.

Cons-Let's face it, 85% of these kids are virgins if you're only counting girls who are rated higher than 5's. Don't really have any outgoing or memorable members.
