All of their e-boards over the past few years have gone one of two ways and failed MISERABLY both ways...either so lax that they are in trouble or everything OR so up tight and overly strict that they force sisters to drop, be on probation, or even DISAFFILIATE nationally only over ridiculous and fixable things. All other organizations get word of this and laugh at them..find a middle ground it shouldn't be that hard Phi Sig

they are very particular about their looks but theres really nothing else worth mentioning about them. They have the worst sisterhood on campus. literally walk past each other without so much as a "hi." You never see large groups of them together on campus like you see with any of the other sororities.

I’m in another organization and I have lived with an adpi for a couple years now and hang out with her and her friends pretty often and they’re all very nice and make me feel welcome with them. As a whole they don’t go out much and are a little full of themselves at times but overall good people to have around

During recruitment a lot of girls actually dropped out because they wanted to go theta. Very new and growing quickly. A real different mix of people so i wonder how they all kinda get along, but doing very well considering how new they are

For the last couple of years, the university has been making the sorority accept girls they never intended to have become members, trying to bolster their greek life reputation. This had the opposite effect, as there is no identity any more.

It’s sad to see what it has become. There honestly are a lot of hot girls in the sorority so looks isn’t the issue. And because they are a mixed group they aren’t judgemental so that’s not the issue either. The issue is the handful of girls who can’t control themselves no matter where they go. By all means party, but when a girl is on the floor at a club, something’s seriously wrong. Be more selective at recruitment and get your image up before your numbers. Really would love to see this sorority succeed for the sake of the awesome girls in it.
