Why is it that 95% of A Phi's are attractive? Idk which other chapter has almost ALL pretty girls. Does aphi only give bids based on who's pretty?

You're spot on. They choose girls with pretty faces and nice bodies unless the girl is a legacy. Hence the 5% that aren't attractive.
