Nothing wrong with this fraternity, they’re definitely okay. But not top tier. Any review saying that is kidding itself. These guys are good dudes and I’m friends with quite a few of them but they clearly aren’t the top house.

Haters are going to hate. Obviously pike was top house but now that they’re kicked off campus,TKE has taken that spot. They are leading on campus involvement, every sorority wants them as a sweetheart, and they are throwing the best parties (it’s the truth.) My sorority did a poll on who they want to mix with the most and TKE got 90% of the votes. These boys are dominating Greek life, end of story.

Fall 2022 was big for these guys, they grew a good amount and have had some solid joint events with TKE. Solid chapter to join with a mix of athletic, smart snd party type guys.

Classy guys. A lot of the Sig Ep guys are really nice and sociable. Super cool guys who care about their schooling and their community.

These guys are solid. Honestly, greek life isnt what it used to be but if there is a solid house to rush, or hit a party itd be these guys. Their mixers and grab a dates are always solid. Chances are, you know an sae, and each of their guys are genuine people. Would love to see them do more but as of now these guys are as good as it gets.

You can tell these girls are self ranking on here lmao. DG is def a top sorority but starting to become very catty and stuck up. Don’t make the same mistake aphi made or it’ll bite y’all in the ass. There’s a reason they got minimal participation for anchorsplash and no one wants em as a sweetheart. These girls gotta humble themselves asap

really impressed with tke. Gotta respect them, they’ve put in a lot of work especially in the community. I thought they were like any other frat who just cares about partying but they are constantly doing philanthropy events. Their last one was really fun!

Sae is a notable org on campus by there’s really nothing special about them. Their parties are okay but lack production so it feels meh. At their last party, one member came up to me talking badly about another member which I found weird since I just met him.

Now that pike is gone, id say either kappa sig or tke is top house. Different vibes for sure but nonetheless good orgs
