Everyone else.
Pike has the best parties and only true competition was delt/sip ep until both got kicked off or probo. Pi Kapp has more attractive guys, but relatively still new. Sororities as of now would say Pi Kapp and Pike are the only relevant ones remaining besides Delt/Sig Ep doing underground events

Top house right now is Pike, and when Delt, SigEp, and Sig Chi were still on campus they were also considered top houses. Pi Kapp is pretty new to campus and has some questionable guys, they also dont party nearly as much as Pikes. Phi Sig and SAE also party a good amount but are a lot more under the radar. The other fraternities (Alpha Nu, Phi Psi, Beta, Sig Nu) are pretty irrelevant and you dont hear much about them at all. So overall Pike is definitely the rowdiest and throws down the most, along with Delt and SigEp underground stuff, followed by Phi Sig and SAE
