Pi Kapp is considered a top house here at UD but not really sure why? Rarely see them together and if they are together don't really talk. Weak brotherhood. Lame Parties. Creepy with girls. And see half of the fraternity show up to all the Pike parties. Watched a Pi Kapp at a Pike party go up to a girl and say "you take Pikes home for the night, and you take Pi Kapps home to your parents, so I guess I'm the best of both worlds."
