I think it's definitely noticeable that these girls are trying hard to fix their reputation. The majority of the girls are classy and super friendly, there's just always a few rotten tomatoes that ruin the bunch. I saw them everywhere on campus this year doing stuff, so they're trying to get their name out there.

I don't understand why this fraternity doesn't have a higher rating. They're always my go-to house because their parties are always a good time, and the guys are genuinely nice, unlike some of the other fraternity guys on campus. They're not huge, but they're a good time, and that's all that really matters right?!

Great sorority with some great girls. Not the "hottest" girls on campus, but definitely super super nice and fun! I would join this if I rushed!!

Great Fraternity, good group of guys. A little socially awkward at times, although there are a few who are Life of the party kind of guys that make it fun.

My friend is a Pi Phi and she always is at sisterhoods or socials. Compared to the other sororities Pi Phi the has the most socials and is very popular on campus. They are so fun and I want to be a pi phi so bad!!

When I visited UD the new delt's seemed to me stuck up. I heard the old delt's used to be cool but these new ones just really aren't living up to it yet.
