current dz thinking about transfer ing

I'm currently a Delta Zeta and a sophomore but am thinking of transferring to an in state college next year. If I chose WM, would I be able to rush again since you don't have a DZ chapter?

for most sororities if you've already been initiated you can't be initiated into another greek organization
