The brothers all hate each other...no sense of brotherhood whatsoever. So many people have deactivated since they didn't feel welcome. No good leadership in coming years and recent pledge class was weak (only like 7 people got and accepted bids). These guys are spiraling downhill internally as an organization...may not be a presence in 4 years if they don't get their act together.
