when i was a freshman a long 3 years ago the top was sig chi, pika, and beta in that order. Fast forward to know, and beta have left the other two in the fukin dust. Best frat

Hottest and nicest guys in the school without question. That being said, Kappa sig, Sig chi, and Pika all party far harder than beta, and are without a question far more fun to go to if you looking to actually have fun.

not a very fun or welcoming group of guys. just big in numbers. freshman boys shouldn't rush here.

These guys are one of the biggest frats on campus, but they seem to only care about their numbers. They're known by most sororities as the "rich frat" or the "daddy's money frat" because of how much their dues are and because of how much cash they throw at sororities to mix with them. To be honest my last few experiences have kinda ruined Beta for me because they come off as conceited and elitist. Also their parties aren't that fun or nearly as wild as some of the other top frats.

definitely top tier but they're more of a formal social group than a fraternity. very exclusive group that tends to not have friends from other frats or other parts of campus. parties are also not that great... go to Kappa Sig for a more fun party atmosphere.

This is the fraternity that everyone going through rush thinks of first. Solid guys, well-known around campus, better variety of personalties and backgrounds than some comparable frats here.

Definitely the best looking guys on campus. Consistently have had the best pledge classes and girls like Beta the best because they don't feel creeped out and always know that a brother would help them out in any awkward situation. Genuinely good guys with good parties as well.

Probably tied with Sig Chi for top house but Theta chose to go to Homecoming with Beta over Sig Chi. Very superficial. Mostly wealthy and attractive private school kids. Exclusively mixes with the top tier sororities and can be really douchey to girls who aren't in "top" sororities

Beta parties are just as fun as any other frat's. The guys in the house are awesome and so are the juniors and they got a really hot pledge class. I never really went to Beta last year, but I have had more fun here than at Kappa Sig on many nights.
