one half is definitely studious, but the other half parties all the time. attractive for the most part. never met one i didnt like but some irk you in the wrong way

Really fun guys! Probably the best open parties. definitely not the least sketchy frat, but still a good time. top tier, so im not sure where the sausage fest thing comes from. probably the most like animal house of any frat, so classiness isnt what you go there for

relatively fun to hang out with, pretty good looking. they are super involved on campus but not really with each other - their house is really divided and full of cliques and tons of constant drama
