updated 2017-2018 fraternity rankings

Update from last years rankings. Rankings are a tier system considering recruitment, social influence, and involvement.

Top Tier
Sig Ep: Unless anything changes with their recruitment success, they will remain top house

Sigma Chi: They fell really hard during recruitment this past year. Their older brothers are still holding this house together, but I see a decline in the next few years

Mid Tier
Pi Kapp: I would put them top tier, but they have another year or so. Killed recruitment and had great socials. Only issue would be grades and they only hangout with Sigma Kappa.

FIJI: Great gentlemen that are really involved on campus. They have a fair share of weirdos, but they seem to get guys every fall. Don't see them moving unless they can get different guys

Lower Mid-Tier
ATO: They moved from the lowest tier into lower-mid this year. Threw some great socials and maintained grades which was an issue from previous years

Theta Chi: Threw some decent socials this year and started to gain influence with sororities. Recruitment needs to be cleaned up though

Lamdba: Great brotherhood, but they have fallen off the social scene

Lowest Tier
Sig Tau: Still extremely new, but they have a some great guys. They just need a better recruitment.

PIKE: They don't do much during recruitment and have some weirdos. They need to clean up recruitment to be a staple again.

Phi Sig: Had a lot of potential, but threw it away with poor grades and an awful pledge class.
