Tough pledge class for phi this yer. Definitely slipping from top tier when you consider the other sororitys got great pc's this year. They're also losing popularity with some of the frats they use to always be with.

Super douchey frat on campus. They’re super popular on campus and have parties with top sororities. But they’re the typical frat douches on campus. Plenty of chads in this house.
